Why This Site?

First and foremost this website is not advertised to all congregations of the Lord's church or to the public abroad.  The focus is on the happenings at the Marietta church of Christ only.  The members of the church must be made aware of the truth behind what is happening to certain members.  Truth will always expose error and no matter what is said, people must understand truth.

Truth and Love sound and feel like hate or holding a grudge or causing a division and on and on, to those who don't truly understand Love and Truth.

The Apostle Paul asks the erring church at Galatia in Galatians 4:16, "Have I therefore become your enemy because I tell you the truth?"

I ask, "did truth sound like hate to those brothers and sisters at Galatia?"  Of course it did.  It prompted the question from Paul.  But just the same they needed to hear it.  They needed to understand it.

Some will see this website as promoting hate, promoting division, promoting grudges and on and on but men's souls are at stake.  And the Apostle Paul wrote an entire letter to the church at Galatia exposing them.  We have it to read today and it has been in circulation for around 2000 years.  We have that as an example.  If you aren't able to explain the truth of a matter in person because you have been marginalized and silenced,

you should still find ways to warn the brothers as explained in Ezekiel 3:16-21.

Started on February 1, 2023, This site gives a voice to those who have been silenced, sidelined, marginalized, slandered, discredited and wrongfully accused by elders and deacons and men in the church of Christ at Marietta, Oklahoma. Do they not understand the command in I Corinthians 12:20-22?  "But now indeed there are many members, yet one body.  And the eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of you; nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you."

Truth and transparency emphasized in everything that is done.  Colossians 3:17 "And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him."  In the name of the Lord means the authority of the Lord Jesus.  When men try to usurp their authority over and beyond that which Jesus Christ and His Holy Word has granted, do we follow them or His word?  No one can make up their own rules, punishments and decrees where none has been established.  If this is done, wouldn't it be considered lording over the flock according to I Peter 5:3?  The only thing to do is to expose error in the name of Lord and His truth.  Remember John 17:17, "Sanctify them by Your truth.  Your word is truth."

We, in the churches of Christ, must speak where the Bible speaks and be silent where the Bible is silent.
